As Vice President of Community Relations for Cardinal Health, Dianne Radigan leads the development and execution of all corporate and foundation philanthropy as well as employee engagement in the US and abroad.  This work finds the intersection between social needs and company expertise and is focused on areas where we can make a quantifiable difference with our philanthropy.

 

Most notable is work to improve healthcare outcomes for patients, increasing awareness of prescription drug abuse and helping adults give children the very best start in life through healthy food, physical activity (play) and nurturing.  Radigan is also responsible for the engagement of 50,000 Cardinal Health employees across the globe.  She joined the company in 2008.

 

Radigan has community experience across multiple sectors including leadership roles at the nonprofit, Children’s Hunger Alliance, in education at the University of Missouri, government at the Ohio Department of Education as well as in private practice focused on health and wellness.  

 

She currently serves as a Trustee and Chair of Columbus State Community College and Vice Chair and Board member of the Healthcare Collaborative of Greater Columbus.    

 

Radigan’s undergraduate degree in education is from Miami University, her Masters in Nutrition is from Michigan State University and she is a registered dietitian. 

 

She received the St. Vincent Corcoran award for Social Justice in 2007, was recognized by Deloitte as one of 50 Wise Women also in 2007, as a YWCA Woman of Achievement in 2004 and the Food Research and Action Center’s Healthy School Hero in 2002.

           

Dianne has two amazing daughters, a terrific son-in-law and two darling grandchildren, Milo and Parker.
